Managed a small team to ensure that camera rental orders were delivered and returned accurately and efficiently. Helped out in Shipping/Receiving, QC, and on the Prep Floor as needed. Oversaw the deployment of all the live broadcast equipment and ensure that production quality standards are met. Credited as a grip, gafffer, and camera operator for live streaming shows every weekday. Performed other managerial tasks as they arise including minor repairs, equipment organizing, cataloging, purchasing, and computer maintenance.

Supervised a small team with the daily operations of the studio including pulling gear for remote shoots, cleaning and organizing the grip truck and equipment rooms, and making custom patch panels and breakout cables. I built a cyclorama, designed and outfitted a mobile control room and repaired all grip, light, and camera equipment on a regular basis. I also instructed university students how to properly store, transport and operate broadcast studio equipment.

Maintained a knowledge of hundreds of different pieces of grip equipment, and their many nicknames. Pulled all grip, electric, and expendable rental packages and ensured the gear was fully operational. I rigorously cleaned and tested all the equipment before being organized and put away. I also directly answered customers' questions concerning our grip and electrical equipment.
