Dave is a proven servant leader with 19-years of combined experience in the military as an infantryman, recruiter, and Green Beret. With combat experience in Afghanistan and operational deployments to Europe, Dave is a solutions oriented problem solver that thrives in ambiguous and high-stress environments while leading diverse teams towards unified goals. He is also adept at moving between the operational and strategic levels of decision making while communicating clearly to all stakeholders. He is able to integrate, coordinate, and communicate with the various departments, agencies, and partners required to achieve complex goals in complex environments. However, his real passion is helping others through writing and consulting.
