Standardized NetApp migration practices for competitive takeout (File/Block) resulting in exponentially lower cost of migration and competitive bidding advantage for NetApp PS. Resulted in a streamlined solutions portfolio, higher customer success rates (along with CSat), and increased services and hardware sales. Role consisted of understanding the gaps in solution based selling, defining actions plans, and on-boarding strategic partners where needed. Developed deep relationships with technology partners in an effort to understand their business model, drive their solutions development roadmap to create mutual opportunity.Collaborated with many diverse partner and internal groups from C-level to technical audiences. Conducted "Train(ed) the trainer," authored/co-authored several TR's, created NetApp's transition and migration portals, NetAppU courses and presented at many NetApp events.
