I’m fascinated by what goes on behind the curtain at businesses in Africa. What drives the changes around us? Rather than be numb and indifferent to the commercial shifts that impact our lives, I’m obsessed with the who, what, why and when of it all. There is a massive gap in our knowledge, awareness and understanding of just how different our continent is. I think it’s worth digging for the discarded nuggets - stories, heroes and insights that will allow us to build better companies that complement our culture and benefit our economies. We have a lot to learn and a lot to teach eachother.
