»Offshore Team Management: Responsible for the day-to-day activities and guidance of offshore teams. Sets targets, implemented guidelines, and assisted with any issues the offshore team had. Provided constant monitoring, tracking, and feedback to ensure that everyone was working towards the same goal. »Resource Management: Ensured that offshore resources were right-sized to meet efficiency targets and departmental budget goals.
