Heading up and managing the apprenticeship provision, educational programmes, projects and initiatives.• Implementation, streamlining and review of effective apprenticeship strategies, processes, policies, procedures and systems to support training delivery and the apprentice learning journey• Employer engagement and maintaining relationships with partner organisations, End Point Assessment Organisations (EPAOs), local schools / careers provision• Promoting the benefits of IT, digital and cyber security apprenticeships to employers / apprentices• Raising awareness of various opportunities available within the IT industry and helping to inspire the next generation of tech talent through engaging and supporting schools / colleges and career related events / activities• Established partnerships with other organisations and sharing educational / apprenticeship opportunities• Contributing strategic and innovative ideas towards continued growth of the organisation• Management and administration of apprenticeship funding and apprenticeship service account• Validation and submission of Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) monthly Individualised Learner Records (ILR) data and funding claims• Checking and rectification of ILR reports for potential data errors• Implementation of guidance covering apprenticeship delivery and funding rules• Attending careers related events, delivering presentations and webinars• Creation of website / social media promotional material and content to promote programmes and celebrate learner success• Providing Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) regarding all aspects of apprenticeships• Setup, configuration, management and administration of various systems to support delivery of the apprenticeship provision (PICS MIS, OneFile, CRM, LMS)• Maintaining knowledge of apprenticeship standards, EPA processes, systems and assessment plans• Liaising with EPAOs on End Point Assessment (EPA) requirements and apprentice certification
