Experience brokering hotels and rehabilitation facilities

Some of my responsibilities include developing and deploying marketing campaigns and sales funnels, scheduling and organizing virtual internal meetings and send follow-up communications and resources for student partners.

• Selected and implemented the Project Management and CRM tool (QuickBase) to optimize company operations to: Lower operational cost, generate business insights, increase efficiency in management, logistics and overall top-down-organization, significantly increasing overall productivity.• Trained team, including CEO, Head Ops Manager and student partners in QuickBase. • Establish and maintain back-end integrations, between QuickBase and: Xero (accounting platform), Formstack and Typeform (form generators), Google Drive (cloud storage). • Responsible for delivering clear and accurate data in real time, managing KPIs and generating appropriate reports, with permanent oversight identifying problems, opportunities and insight through the various systems

• As a Freshmen, worked with the CEO to establish the first Student Partners Team at Syracuse University.• Lead 4 successful moving seasons and played pivotal role in our branch growth - from 50 to 150 customers.• Manage the networking program (Campus Rep Program).• Implement marketing strategies.• Hired, supervised, led, and trained 20+ workers and subordinates.

• Met with multiple Erea consultants to understand their needs • Wrote a matrix of 30+ variables based on my understanding of the company’s project management needs. Some of these variables included: Agile development capabilities, waterfall development options, SCRUM, drill down capabilities, customization, integration with other software, look and feel.• Offered TargetProcess as the solution

• Saw an opportunity to analyze data within the hotel that was not being exploited. • Extracted data from their POS (Micros) and used BI software (Sisense) to identify consumption trends within the hotel restaurant based on, among others: Weather, gender, nationality, time of day, time of year/seasonality
