Managed USAA’s annual program (product) strategy for Insurance & Bank products. Responsible for the execution of overall development strategy and weekly status reporting with C-suite executives. Applied knowledge of product and program management, finance, operations, and marketing to build 3-year program plan. * Improved USAA’s bottom line by identifying a process improvement opportunity in governance funds management and ambitiously developed a new prioritization system that maximized investment allocations. * Hand selected by senior executives to lead a multi-year, Board of Directors, customer-facing project.

Responsible for over 100 personnel while deployed to Combat Outpost Terezaye. Directed over 50 combat operations and safely coordinated over 30 resupply ground movement operations.Planned, executed, and supervised Combat Outpost Terezayi transfer to NATO Alliance partners. Set the standard for operational success and created the lessons learned in order to support partner forces’ successful Combat Outpost closures and transfers.While on Staff, I planned over 30 high-risk operations in Afghanistan for a 1,200 Soldier Battalion. Skillfully coordinated across a highly-matrixed organization and improved the overall unit effectiveness by establishing a multi-unit daily intelligence sync meeting that expedited information gathering and dissemination.

Commanded 45 Infantry Soldiers while deployed to one of the most high-threat, dangerous areas in Afghanistan.Unified over 50 Afghan military, government and civilian leaders by organizing a Shura Council that established a strategic plan towards progressive civic responsibility and security.
