I joined Irish Water in 2015 as part of the Project Finance team. My responsibilities included:- Co-ordination of the month end process- Development of reporting used by the business- Development of new methods of analysing expenditure- Development of budget models and supporting the business in the budgeting process- Reviewing monthly expenditure with the business- Dealing with ad hoc queries from the business- Dealing with audit queries- Identification of opportunities for process improvement

I joined KPMG in September 2011 as part of the Financial Services Audit department. I worked on a number of engagements during my time in the FS Audit practice. These include:-I assisted in the year end audit of a New York based investment fund with over $1 billion of assets under management. I was responsible for obtaining third party confirmation of the amount of securities held by the fund, and performing substantive analytical procedures over a number of line items in the fund's balance sheet.-I was involved in the interim audit of property investment fund in London. My responsibilities included liaising with the client over errors discovered in accounts, and testing the accuracy of the cash figures in the fund's balance sheet.In June 2012 I moved to KPMG's Managment Consulting department. Since then, I have been involved in three large and complex projects in major national and multinational companies.-I was part of the Project Management team for a major transformation project for one of the world’s largest computer manufacturers. I was responsible for preparing weekly executive reports, budget management and budget forecasting.-I was part of the Project Management team for a project involving the transfer of loan data to third parties following the liquidation of a major Irish bank. I was responsible budget management and budget forecasting.- I was also part of the KPMG team who produced a report on digital capabilities of a national bank in preparation for digital change within the bank. This involved engaging with stakeholders in numerous areas throughout the business to obtain volume data and assess functional maturity of processes across customer channels.- As part of a large transformation programme, I conducted a diagnostic on a business area transferring into a new Centre of Excellence within a major national bank. This involved developing process maps, process analysis, and identification of opportunities for improvement
