I currently serve as the President and CEO of SNAM Industries since 2012. I built my experience in the automotive industry through my work with multiple major companies leading this industry around the world. During my research period in the USA from 1992 to 2000, I took the opportunity to acquire knowledge of the automotive business model and its successful implementation.I obtained practical experience and exchanged knowledge with global car manufacturers, which have multiple locations and are spread in many incubating countries, I have studied and analyzed the paths and models that could be applied through the availability and ease of localization of supply chains linked in the legislation and availability of logistics systems, I have gained knowledge and experience in determining which models of manufacturing are applicable that considers geographical distribution and transfer of manufacturing technologies by tracking the markets and the attractive investment environments. And the third model (Full Scale Manufacturing “FSM”), which depends on research and development centers and having the ability and efficiency to design and manufacture the engine.Among these companies that I have worked with and that have applications in all multiple manufacturing models around the world that produce famous brands, as well as licensing original spare parts (OEM) include the following:-Nissan Smyrna Vehicle Assembly Plant– Nashville, TennesseeWith a factory capacity of 450,000 vehicles per year, and a pipeline of more than 1,000 suppliers, I worked on supplier management techniques, quality preservation and participated in the new product development cycle.-Toyota Motor Manufacturing Plant – Georgetown, KentuckyWith a factory capacity of 250,000 vehicles per year and with distinct technologies to improve and reduce the need for storage capacities (just in time manufacturing), I participated in the process of implementing these technologies in a practical way.-Komatsu America Corporation Heavy Industries Plant - Chattanooga, TennesseeIt is one of the largest heavy equipment factories in the world and is characterized by the multiplicity of its final products, as it produces more than 12 types of heavy equipment of various types and differences (on tires or tracked vehicles), and I participated in the product development cycle and the supply chain system.
