Current04/2001 to Current In the role of Pastor, I prepared and delivered all sermons and lessons for allservices. In addition to my speaking duties, I also provide all counseling services for thechurch and quite often for members of the community. My current assignment is part of my18+year journey in ministry. I have served in ministry since 2001 and have been ordained as aminister and served as Sr. Pastor since 2003. During my years in the Pastorate I have:● Provided pastoral care through visitation, counseling and prayer.● Oversaw administration and management of all areas of ministry.● Maintained open lines of communication with church members by writing content forchurch newsletters, bulletins and worship services.● Coordinated and spearheaded programs to increase church members' service throughout community.● Planned and conducted worship services, wrote sermons and worked with key churchleaders to carry out church mission.● Officiated special services such as weddings, funerals, baptisms and nursing home servicesas well as worked with local Hospice Services.● Provided crisis response and counseling to church members as well as community members.● Effective leader and conflict manager with [15] years of experience in senior churchleadership positions.Currently serving as a Shepherd with Standing Stone Ministries where I minister to other pastors in a one on one setting. Our vision and mission is to see healthy pastors leading healthy flock all over the world. We fully believe that when pastors are mentally, physically, and emotionally healthy they are a much greater asset to the congregations they are serving and ultimately to the Kingdom of God. My years of service and variety of experience allow me to meet pastors where they are and do so from a first person basis. It is an honor.
