My academic background includes a PhD in Biotechnology, with research that has centered around enzyme applications, particularly studies on α-Amylase from fenugreek seeds, and its potential uses.Over the years, I’ve developed skills in advanced spectroscopic techniques such as UV-Visible, FT-IR, Raman, NMR, and CD spectroscopy. My research has also explored the impact of organic-inorganic nanohybrids on human health, covering aspects like genotoxicity, neurotoxicity, and skin toxicity.Beyond research, I have a growing interest in nanotechnology applications in the food industry. Throughout my career, I have contributed to the scientific community through presentations and papers, and I'm currently looking to expand into writing impactful review papers on nanohybrids and their implications in various industries.
