Key tasks:• direction, conduct, management, organisation and tone of the Institute and for the overall supervision of all Institute’s activities;• management of the Institute’s finances, buildings and infrastructure with the Administrative Officer (Dy. Director Administration);• exercise of a leadership role in managing relationships and building a collaborative team;• provision of educational leadership, planning, implementation and monitoring of the academic curricular and co-curricular programs;• academic, personal and social development of students, their placement and career counseling; • management and development of the institution’s culture, where learning is paramount, and all Individuals are encouraged, respected and challenged intellectually, physically and socially• To have overall control of all sections of the College to ensure that the College is unified in its objectives.• To establish an effective liaison between the College, and the Board through Board meetings; Budget and Finance meetings; other meetings, seminars, conferences and workshops which may from time to time are established.
