My passion about cuturally sustaining educator preparation reform fuels my work. Prior to BranchED, I served as the Dean of the School of Education and Human Development at Hampton University for nearly 10 years. I have demonstrated leadership ability to bring parties together and build consensus and work with diverse constituencies within an institution and in the surrounding community.
