In this role, I oversee all aspects of basinwide projects within the challenging Southern Gulf of Mexico salt basins. As a seasoned professional, I take pride in providing invaluable guidance to our multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the seamless execution of project activities, and fostering a collaborative environment for exceptional outcomes. A key highlight of my work lies in leveraging data analysis and advanced geological modeling techniques, I pinpoint the sought-after "sweet spots." This strategic approach has been instrumental in discovering areas of high potential and driving our success in exploration efforts. Furthermore, by integrating geological, geophysical, and reservoir engineering data, I enable our teams to make well-rounded and informed decisions.My major contributions within this role are;• Enhanced technical expertise of 5 G&G members by providing comprehensive coaching throughout the year.• Reduced workload by half and improved functional efficacy through integration of digital regional atlas mechanisms.• Surpassed targeted KPIs by providing impactful support and guidance in execution of regional projects and multiple offshore blocks in Mexico.• Enabled efficient decision-making and maximized operational outcomes by accelerating prospect ranking and selection process for drilling in 2023/2024 through effective technical leadership Block 29.• Conducted more than 20 technical initiatives, such as workshops, webinars, and technical talks, aimed at providing valuable knowledge and insights to G&G teams in Salina and Mexican ridges.
