Our mission is to inspire, embrace, and empower Latinas to pursue and thrive in careers in Earth and Planetary Sciences. To achieve our mission, our objectives are: ▶ Promote, welcome, and empower the work and research of Latina women in Geosciences and Planetary Sciences. ▶ Provide tools to help GeoLatinas succeed at all stages of their careers. ▶ Inspire future generations of Latin Americans to pursue careers in Geosciences and Planetary Sciences. ▶ Foster curiosity in Latin Americans interested in Geosciences and planetary sciences. ▶ Distribute information on education and job opportunities for Latin Americans in Geosciences and Planetary Sciences. ▶ Close the cultural and linguistic gap that exists between Latin Americans and opportunities in Geosciences and Planetary Sciences.
