• Developed operational design of a next generation integrated "precision telepsychiatry" model of care called "Telemynd", incorporating the Online PEER report predictive tools with virtual care access to Arcadian.
• Guided Arcadian through product innovation transition of an integrated with primary care Telepsychiatry service partnering with a national payor client company. Led strategy from pilot phase to scale positioning.
