Post acquisition of Arcadian Telepsychiatry by Mynd Analytics the combined company rebranded as Telemynd July 2019.• November 2017-April 2018- Led daily operations and business development for the Mynd Analytics Center in Manhattan. Using an objective analytical EEG test to measure patient's brain physiology, through AI, machine learning, and predictive analytics, match the patient to a medication with the greatest likelihood of success for the most prevalent mental health disorders including: anxiety, depression, and bipolar disorder. • Developed operational design of a next generation integrated "precision telepsychiatry" model of care called "Telemynd", incorporating the Online PEER report predictive tools with virtual care access to Arcadian Telepsychiatrists. • Guided Arcadian through product innovation transition of an integrated with primary care Telepsychiatry service partnering with a national payor client company. Led strategy from pilot phase to scale positioning company for a national rollout. Co-develop training and marketing materials with partner health-plan. Led Arcadian sales team effort and delivered training presentations to expand customer base.
