Doctorate in Organizational and Business Psychology, Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Chartered Scientist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, with expertise in the areas of Psychometrics, Assessment, Development, Talent Management, Data Analysis, Training Delivery and Coaching. I have worked at SHL for 23 years and have delivered work across the EMEA region. I Head up the Middle East Consultancy Team based in Dubai and work across the GCC and Middle East region with a large range of large and medium size businesses from all business sectors. I am particularly passionate about Talent Management, Objective Assessment and ensuring the application of best practices. I aid clients in identifying their High-Potential employees and in identifying their development needs.

Based in the SHL UK office, I travelled within the UK as well as across Europe and the Middle East regions in particular delivering training and assessments with a large range of companies. I was particularly focussed upon the design and delivery of training in the field of psychometrics and objective assessment methods as well as developing a wealth of experience at designing objective assessment processes for selection and development contexts.
