I have significantly contributed in various research activities as well as routine cytogenetic and molecular cytogenetic diagnostic work as well as research of the laboratory. I have documented several noteworthy cases with rare, recurrent and novel chromosomal abnormalities and their clinical significance in leukemia using conventional cytogenetic, FISH, WCP-FISH and M-FISH techniques. I have number of publications in National and International indexed journals and presented work at various national and International conferences and sincerity earned various meritorious awards to my credit. I am independently assigned to do analysis, reporting cytogenetic and molecular cytogenetic clinical tests. I am also acted as a Principal Investigator and Co-Investigators in research projects. I am a teaching faculty for educating M.Sc. in Cancer Biology course and also a dissertation guide of M.Sc. in Cancer Biology at the Institute. I am also involved in conducting exams and assessment of students as paper setter and evaluator of university exams of MSc Cancer Biology. I am actively involved in organization of conferences and various other scientific events at the Institute. I am a member in oration committee for Hospital Week Celebration.
