I was leading the right life, partner in a GP successful practice, house, car, wonderful wife, two incredible daughters, nice holidays.Then in 2019, I burned out. By 2021, I was the happiest I'd ever been & I didn't take any meds.How did I do this?I learned that men find it hard to ask for and access help about mental health.I learned men want to help themselves, and just need the tools to do so.I learned about the power of lifestyle, purpose and connection, making permanent change, and implementing it myself.I learned the stuff they don't tell you at medical school, that the body can heal, mental health is attainable by all, and it's within our control.Now, using the knowledge and techniques I learned, I help men master their mind and mental health.I call this process:Know.
