Collaborating with states, districts, and school leaders to ensure schools are places educators can be well and teach well. Working to solve the educator shortage crisis by helping our schools retain the educators we already have.

~ Co-founded a national volunteer network of educators, policymakers, and nonprofit leaders to redefine the purpose of school away from attainment and competition and toward human flourishing and democratic engagement.~ Building a national infrastructure for community-engaged leadership & policymaking through 100 Days of Conversations. Developed a transformative process that brought together 150+ partner organizations in 37 states to host intergenerational conversations on the future of school with ~600 participants - 45% young people. Co-created a participatory sensemaking process that centered young people as partners in analyzing the conversations and creating a human and story centered communications strategy from the findings. ~ Consult with leaders at vision and values-aligned organizations to clarify vision, align strategy, develop impact strategy, conduct research, foster healthy cultures, and design empowering programs, including: Committee for Children, XQ, Pearson, High Resolves, KIPP Foundation, and SFUSD.
