• Audit medical record documentation to identify any error findings in CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS and modifiers in compliance with federal coding regulations and guidelines.• Currently performing the work of Medical Auditing in Emergency Department, diagnostic ancillary, outpatient coding facility and observation settings.• Abstracts clinical information from a variety of medical records and audit for appropriate ICD 10 CM, CPT codes to patient records according to established procedures and adheres to Standards of Ethical Coding (AHIMA/AAPC). • Provides regular feedback to Operations leadership on performance improvement opportunities as a result of performance gaps. Also present audit findings and identify opportunities within organization for training.• To do research analysis, and provides technical support to queries regarding medical coding, compliance, denials, and edits. • To monitor and think critically for understanding documentation standards in dealing with multiple Electronic health record (EHR) in audit.• Documenting and implementation of improvements to the existing process in collaboration with the onshore counterpart.

• Understanding and analyzing clients application with medical conditions and their complications and calculate the risk involved accordingly.• Using ICD-9(International Classification of Disease) codes to analyze and rate medical conditions.• Identifies & resolves service issues with clients.• Preparing quotes for new business and renewals, analyzing and assessing risk based on demographics and price development based on the rates.• Has done Quality Checking (QC) for 8 months for the team as well
