Created and initiated the multi-module Uenuku course for Visionwest, incorporating staircased e-learning content that aligns with the organization’s core values of aroha, mana, manaakitanga, and whanaungatanga. This course has contributed to both capability building and organizational development by equipping learners with foundational skills that support their growth within the organization. Training analytics and feedback were overwhelmingly positive, driven in part by blended learning approaches developed specifically for the course. Currently, I am designing a new induction program whilst also creating interactive digital content and competency checks that use game elements to support diverse learning styles including aural, kinetic, logical, and visual.

Year One Program Leader while concurrently teaching all years, from L5 DVA to L7 BVA. This role required collaborative administration to develop criteria, design curricula, facilitate moderation, conduct performance assessments, and write quality assurance reviews - in addition to creating and delivering specialist content to diverse learners for work-ready outcomes. Capability planning was essential when we transitioned from UOA accreditation to an MIT-accredited faculty. We ensured our programs continued to meet standards set by various qualifying bodies while aligning content to the specific needs of our learners. I employed horizontal leadership in this work through reciprocal approaches, such as active listening and a growth mindset.
