(Experience summary as of 07/13/2023): I’m an expert in Electric Utility Distribution Management, Strategic Technical Training Development, Implementation, and Improvement, and Electric Utility Occupational Human Development. I have a total of 23 in the Electric Distribution industry with seven years of field experience in Technical Engineering Electric Utility Design, 13 years of experience in Electric Utility Strategic Technical Training and Occupational Human Development, and completing my second year as the Technical Training Manager Utility (for the Electric Distribution and Environmental occupational groups at Public Service Electric and Gas of New Jersey - PSE&G-NJ). Through my career as an essential worker in the field of electric utility, I have helped PSE&G upkeep its electric system reliability, service adequacy, and resiliency above par in many areas. For instance, I contributed in most technical engineering evaluation, drafting and supervising the implementation of most key aspects of projects aimed at designing, inspecting, maintaining, and reinforcing PSE&G electric delivery system. In addition, I have trained Engineering Technicians (Apprentice and Incumbent), Management personnel (at all levels), and electrical contractors in the entire spectrum of electric delivery technical courses (i.e., Fundamentals of Electricity Direct and Alternating Currents - DC/AC, Power Quality, Voltage Complaints Investigation and Regulations, Basic and Advanced Technical Engineering Design (from support structure setting and reinforcement, line clearance, electrical grid loading calculations, etc.), Post-Storm Electrical Damage Assessment, OSHA 29CFR 1910.269, OSHA 29CFR 1910.147, and OSHA 29CFR 1926 among others. I am a valuable asset to the electric utility industry and my learning journey has not even reached cruising momentum yet.
