About Mallory Fox

Hi there! I'm Mallory Fox. I'm a doctor of health science with a passion for helping people move better so they can live their best lives! With 18 years experience in the health and fitness industry, I've had the pleasure of helping people of diverse backgrounds overcome injury, adapt to illness, improve performance, and better their quality of life.I've also had the opportunity to overcome hardships myself, after a car accident in 2018 left me with a traumatic brain injury, loss of sight in my left eye, and other health concerns. With the support of my community (and my Taurus stubbornness), I experienced a full recovery from the brain and eye injuries. Now I'm ready for my next chapter! In my next role, I hope to use the skills I've accumulated to support an organization that deeply cares about their employees' wellbeing and making wellness inclusive.Until then, you can find me on Instagram @drfoxyfit sharing mindfulness, movement, wellbeing tips, and cute activewear! My Super Powers: Coaching | Scientific Writing | Research & Analysis | People Management + Development
