During the tenure of service, he earned lots of credibility and achieved significantly in the related areas' of Human Capital and Management. He is a researcher and recently published articles on Human Resource in Organization and Stress Management and Motivation.Dr.Mohammad Khalid has started his carrier in 1975 in managerial cadre (Class 1 position) in Adamjee Jute Mills' Ltd...Dr. Khalid also engaged in Toyo Engineering Corporation (TEC), Japan in 1986 as Project Coordinator and Head HR and Admin in Bangladesh Office, Dhaka and awarded as best performer for outstanding achievement. He also served in Rahimafrooz Bangladesh Ltd., Desh Group of Companies, Dhaka, Gonosyastha Kendra, Savar, Dhaka in senior position. He is also Adjunct Faculty member in MBA Regular and MBA Executive Program at Ahasanullah University of Science and Teleology (AUST)and also experienced in teaching profession and was responsible for Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) & Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer science as Principal and Program Coordinator in AIBI.under NU and Director in 2002.And served as ED in large national NGO's. He has attended many more National International at Home and Abroad. He has traveled in different occasions including study and as well professional training to USA, UK, Canada, France, Japan, Singapore, Thailand, Nepal and India.
