I am a Bradford-based researcher and evaluation consultant who works across sectors. With a background in participatory arts, I'm passionate about improving access to arts and culture and committed to supporting organisations to work more equitably with communities on their doorsteps.I’m an experienced facilitator who uses participatory methods to draw out values and priorities, and to help organisations create a roadmap for change. Special areas of interest include: arts and health/social care, arts and dementia, participatory and creative research methods.I have over 15 years’ experience of faciliating community theatre projects and teaching theatre in universities. This experience has taught me that people learn and participate in different ways and the importance of being flexible and responsive to what is happening in the room. These instincts inform all of my work, whether facilitating a theatre project in a community setting, co-designing an evaluation, or supporting organisations with their strategic development.
