My core commercial expertise is blending science and storytelling to create effective brand engagement. I founded the Cognition Scientific Board (composed of psychologists, neuroscientists and mathematicians), whose function conduct research and modelling into global markets and individual decision strategies. I also have strong expertise in decision science, cultural and behavioural change, sales psychology and the psychology of brands.As a writer, I have written, ghost written a number of books including the critically acclaimed business book "65 Roses and a Trunki", the remarkable autobiography of Rob Law. Published by Wiley, the book was nominated for Business Book of the Year and was described as "inspirational" by Richard Reed, the co-founder of Innocent Drinks. "A History of Love and Hate in 21 Statues", described by Aspects of History as "an extraordinary work of history", was published by Aurum Press and explores the philosophy and psychology behind the creation and destruction of statues from Ancient Egypt to the present day. I’m a member of British Psychological Society and I have helped high-performing people overcome anxiety, addiction and self-destructive behaviours.I’ve written for many publications including The New Statesman, The Spectator, Quillette, Huffington Post and Perspective Magazine. I've also contributed to more than forty programmes including the BBC’s Addicted to Pleasure with Brain Cox, Secrets of the Superbrands and many documentaries about performers and power including Amy Winehouse, Eminem, Whitney Houston, George Michael, John Lennon Freddie Mercury, Kurt Cobain and Prince.
