I lead the HR functions of the company, overseeing all aspects of HR/IR/Admin, such as recruitment, training, performance, compensation, employee engagement, compliance, and welfare. I work with the senior management and the business units to align the HR strategies and policies with the company's vision, mission, and values. I also partner with various stakeholders, such as unions, vendors, contractors, and government agencies, to ensure smooth and harmonious operations.
