With over 22 years of experience in rural development, livelihood research, monitoring and evaluation, forestry and agriculture, NTFP, Watershed Management, Forest Ecology and Environment, I am a Team Lead at IDCG and Progressive Research Organisation for Welfare (PROW). I hold a Ph.D. in Forestry from the Forest Research Institute, focusing on diverse of studies on community studies, the Himalayan watershed, Monitoring and Evaluation, NTFP studies, Socioeconomic and Forest and Ecological studiesMy core competencies include designing, implementing, and assessing social development projects, forestry and natural resource management, livelihood options, social impact assessment, and watershed management and evaluation studies. I have led and contributed to multiple projects funded by the World Bank, Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Asian Development Bank (ADB) and other donors, working with diverse stakeholders and partners in Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Himachal Pradesh and other states.
