📄Investigated Myanmar Physical Therapist’s Clinical Decision-Making (CDM) skills and identified the predisposing factors of traditional lecture-based PT education, current Myanmar PT’s practice culture including the policy and the emotional capabilities of Myanmar physical Therapists. 📄Developed and tested the psychometric properties of the Clinical Decision-Making Assessment Worksheet that resulted in evaluating the study intervention effectively. 📄Developed the Clinical Decision-Making educational material for Physical Therapists which resulted in bridging Myanmar Physical Therapist’s CDM knowledge gap by transforming their thoughts processes to make more effective clinical decisions and improve patient care.
