I am 52 years old, graduated from Tech. University of Braunschweig Germany (DR.Rer.Nat) on the subject Agricultural and Environmental . I have experince as a researcher at the Institute of Plant Nutrition and Soil Science, Federal Agricultural Research Centre, Braunschweig, Germany (2001-2004). My professional experiences, including: Lean (Continuous Improvement): 8 years of experience in LEAN implementation at the Pulp and Paper Company (5 Business Unit; Pulp, Paper, Power, Common Services, and Supply Chain Management) in terms of continuous improvement, improving team work, empowering people to look at root causes of problems and working together to come up with innovative solutions to address these issues. Ability to help sponsor identify, scope, and prepare for the kaizen event. Also to train new kaizen team members in the elements of Lean before kaizen event and coach during the kaizen and follow through. And, to facilitate and capture the kaizen event results. Ability to develop and socialize the “Gemba Walk Framework” and teach the team to implement “Gemba Walk as Daily Management” at shop-floor. Facilitated and involved on the 12 Kaizen Events and 6S Projects in 2014, got an achievement of value creation ca. USD 10 million.
