The Clerk of the House is one of the 3 Officers of the Students' Representative Body (SRB).Job specific roles:• Taking proper minutes of the SRB proceedings • Preparation of the agenda of all SRB meetings and publicizing them as directed by the Speaker • Summoning of all meetings of SRB (except the first) on the instruction of the Speaker • Publicizing all adopted minutes of SRB meetings within 48 hours• Keeping proper financial records of the SRB • Responsible for compilation of proceedings of the SRB for the parliamentary year for proper documentation - Deployed my Microsoft Word skills to introduce an exciting template for every page of the minute featuring° An header with the association's logo° Page borders ° Page numberings° Watermark with 'IFUMSA SRB' slanting text° Author's name and phone number ° Document showed session, date and time of meeting - Encouraged active participation of members at meetings with the innovative use of a live-report and interactive style of minute writing which captured all the important submissions and arguments leading up to a resolution.

A Constituency Leader is one of the five elected members from each class of study. Job specific roles include:• Verbal invitation of constituency members to Students' Representative Body (SRB) meetings • Making resolutions of every meeting of the SRB known to constituency members However, I performed other roles in leadership:• Led the representation of the interests of my Class at Parliament • Organized the Class' Welfare Committee into a functional unit to see to the welfare of constituents • Opened a current account for the class to encourage transparency and accountability• Organized a Collegiate Freshmen Party working with the Social Committee of the class • Distributed free exercise books to class members as a Constituency Project • Donated a digital weighing balance to the Physiology Department as a Class Project • Provided funding for the printing of tutorial questions for mock exams periodically organized by the academic committee• Led a fundraiser working with the Sports' Committee to purchase 2 sets of football jerseys and accessories • Ensured internal audit of the financial activities of the class and the various class committees working with the Audit Committee
