Dr. Sharma has been associated with various Management and Training institutes as a guest faculty, such as Engineering staff Training Institute (Govt. of Rajasthan), Jagannath University, University Commerce College, Jaipuria Institute of Management, Jaipur, Poornima University, JECRC, NEN, Concept Foundation. And has designed and conducted training programmes/sessions for various organizations He has several publications to his credit and has presented various research papers at National and International conferences organized by institutes like IIT Delhi, IBS Business School, NABARD, ICSSR, University of Rajasthan, SIDBI, RBI and Bansal Group. He is also official Trainer of CIMA U.K (Charted institute of Management Accounting) in Rajasthan Region and earned his PhD on Entrepreneurship and Micro Finance and has multi disciplinary masters degree MBA (Marketing), MA (Economics), M.com*.
