As a Senior Consultant- MNCH at National Youth Foundation India, I lead the design, implementation, and monitoring of maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH) programs in collaboration with government and non-government stakeholders. I also conduct research and advocacy on MNCH issues and policies, and provide technical guidance and capacity building to the program teams and partners. With over 4 years of experience in public health, I am passionate about improving the reproductive, maternal, neonatal, and child health and nutrition (RMNCH+N) outcomes in India. I have a strong background in research project management, program evaluation, community outreach, and operations management, working with various organizations and institutions. I am also a PhD Scholar at IIHMR University, where I am conducting research on health systems strengthening for RMNCH+N. Additionally, I have a Master of Public Health degree from Indian Institute of Public Health, and I am a certified medical writer and a clinician by training.
