- Program Coordinator for the BA(H) Economics, handling BoS, revisions, implementation of NEP guidelines.- Created a global signature course for Cintana Alliances in conjunction with Arizona State University's Principle of Economics.- The operational coordinator for the Northcap Case Research Centre. Where the website was created, and the events under NCRC's auspices were planned and carried out: Coordinated F&EDP on creating business cases;  Coordinated F&EDP on creating business cases; - Coordinator for the School of Business & Liberal Studies' LMS CANVAS Learning implementation. Moreover, LMS CANVAS training was given to faculty and students.- Active member and coordinator for the Students Activity and Leadership Cell for School of Management.

Under the ownership of MoU with the Poddar Group of Institutions, Jaipur, India, coordinated and hosted various events by overseeing logistics, ensuring the smooth execution of the program and facilitating engagement among participants. By creating a supportive environment, I was able to encourage active participation and foster collaboration among the attendees. This experience allowed me to develop strong organizational, communication and leadership skills that I believe would be valuable in a professional setting.These events were aimed at providing a platform for students to showcase their talents, exchange ideas and collaborate with each other. Such events not only help in the holistic development of students but also contribute to their personal and professional growth. EVENT ONE - Student Development Program (SDP) for MBA students of PODDAR Management and Technical Institute, Jaipur (12-16 April, 2022). The Student Development Program (SDP) for MBA students was designed to enhance their skills in various areas such as leadership, communication, teamwork, andproblem-solving. EVENT TWO - Individual Development Program (IDP) for MBA students of PODDAR Management and Technical Institute, Jaipur (22-26 August 2022). The Individual Development Program focused on building the personality of students, enhancing their emotional intelligence and helping them identify their strengths and weaknesses.Through these events, we were able to provide a platform for students to learn and grow both personally and professionally.EVENT THREE- Student Development Program (SDP) for the students of the School of Management and Liberal Studies, The NorthCap University. This time we took our students to the Poddar Institute to foster cross-cultural learning and experience the learnings on Challenging limits by changing paradigms.I am proud to have been a part of this initiative and look forward to continuing our support for such endeavors in the future.
