Sustainability has to get embedded at the core of the business. Our primary MISSION is to address the Sustainability & ESG Talent gap the industry is facing. We work with academics and industry to cater to the ever-increasing demand for ESG trained talent pipeline. While capacity building is our primary focus, extending advisory services and undertaking practice-based research are a natural off- shoot of the same. We have a special interest in supporting the MSME sector which accounts for nearly 30% of our GDP. We handhold them to embrace the best of ESG practices while growing their business. We work with the CEO / Promoter / Top Management – as their de-facto Chief Sustainability & Strategy Officer – and help integrate their Sustainability strategy with their overall business strategy.
