I am a UKCP registered Integrative/Transpersonal Psychotherapist, Mentalisation Based (MBT) Practitioner and EMDR therapist. I am currently working as a Psychotherapist at the Grenfell Health and Wellbeing Service, offering interventions for PTSD, traumatic bereavement, complex developmental trauma and adjustment difficulties following exposure to trauma and loss. I work in an integrative, client centered way, using a combination of mentalisation, EMDR and imagery work with the aim of processing trauma whilst fostering the capacity to reflect, find solutions, grow and heal which lies within each individual. I consider issues of identity, culture, race, spirituality, social justice, power and meaning central to the healing process, both on a personal and collective level.
