Provide major contribution to business development and fostering client relationships. Contribute to work on prospective proposals and help to build and sustain client relationships and business development efforts for wastewater treatment projects. Responsible for overall business procurement, coordination, administration, management, implementation, monitoring supervises and lead the water and wastewater project teams in discharging their duties at optimum level ensuring resources are employed efficiently and effectively.Responsible for business development, project management, concept, preliminary and detailed designing, coordinating with consultants and end user in design approvals/NOCs, preparing technical notes, calculations and design reports, finalizing technical specifications, tender documentation, tendering, tender evaluation, technical support in awarding, contract documentation and construction coordination with consultants for the wastewater treatment projects. Initiate and execute the activities of the, planning, procurement and project management, ensuring adherence to the project documents and work plans. undertake the necessary administrative, financial and managerial responsibility and in time initiative to implement the project in maximal ways. Develop and maintain close liaising with the sectoral government ministries/agencies, civil society, consultants, international organizations, stakeholders and implementing partners of the project.
