Initiate and execute the activities of the, planning, procurement and project management, ensuring adherence to the project documents and work plans. undertake the necessary administrative, financial and managerial responsibility and in time initiative to implement the project in maximal ways. Develop and maintain close liaising with the sectoral government ministries/agencies, civil society, consultants, international organizations, stakeholders and implementing partners of the project.
