I am an experienced researcher and educator skilled in qualitative and scientific research, with a successful career teaching at secondary, TAFE and university levels. I have conducted independent and collaborative studies in sheep reproductive biology and nutrition, animal welfare and animal anaesthesiology, environmental philosophy, and in environmental/social psychology. I am skilled in laboratory and field agricultural research skills, including animal handling, biochemistry, histology, laboratory animal science, molecular biology, physiology, and surgical techniques. In the qualitative field, I have demonstrated skills in critical discourse analysis, interpretive analysis, Qualtrics surveys, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and other software like Camtasia for training and conference speaking. As a trans-disciplinary researcher and experimenter, a combination of quantitative with qualitative expertise enables a greater understanding of outcomes from research investigations.
