I Build communities by engaging, informing and inspiring different audiences. I Manage accounts and track content performance using social media marketing tools including Google Analytics and Facebook Insights. Respond to 100+ comments and messages daily across the company's social media platforms. Lastly, I am responsible for approving/removing comments and posts as dictated by the particular rules. I help shape and implement policy, as well as organizing events to increase traffic.
