Responsible for managing business analysis team for the specialty lines implementation of integrated insurance application. Business areas includes Excess & Surplus Property, Executive Assurance and Accounts Receivable. Managed a team of technicians responsible for maintaining configuration data in premium and claims processing systems. Managed a Helpdesk and Application Support desk staff supporting approximately 1100 users in 19 locations throughout the US, Canada, Europe and Bermuda.
