• Advise and collaborate with all quality stakeholders on the QA approach the wider team should take, to deliver quality deliverables.• Follow the agreed QA process and approach for both manual and automated testing, in order to align with the test & business strategy.• Design and execute manual testing to a high standard, taking an approach suitable to an agile, fast-paced environment, according to the product teams' definitions of done.• Execute static reviews/requirements reviews in line with the department's QA approach.• Follow a risk-based approach, make risk-based recommendations and identify, assess and escalate quality risks. • Contribute to developing test processes and improvements.• Work in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.• Strong experience of working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.• Experience of Data-driven testing• Experience of end-to-end UI web automation using tools such as WebDriver.io, Visual Studio and Selenium WebDriver (C#).• SQL - experience and comfort in writing queries and working with databases• Experience with manual testing of API layers (Postman, jMeter etc)• Good understanding of Risk and how to identify and assess it, including Risk-based Testing• Pragmatic, positive, competitive, assertive, commercially aware and driven to continuous learning/improvement.• Experience of assisting in the development of test processes and improvements• Willingness to occasionally work out of hours to deliver software releases• Undertake any other ad-hoc duties

Purpose of PositionValidate the system functionality or functionality of software products, according to the specific requirements or specifications by defining, developing, adapting and/ or using manual or automated tests within a predefined project plan considering processes, procedures and testing quality standards.Main Tasks- Responsible for developing, reviewing and maintaining test specifications for functionalities of low to medium complexity. - Responsible for performing tests and ensuring traceability according to given requirements and specifications.- Participates to the automation (using internal tools or other programming languages) of manual tests.- Responsible for setting the test environment components according to the project needs.- Responsible for ensuring testing equipment availability for own tasks, including the test equipment for test automation. - Responsible for using the test environment and providing feedback.- Contributes to planning with effort estimations for own tasks. Uses the existing project planning for tests schedule and tracks own activities (e.g. follows the existing test activities plan and communicates delays). In case of time deviations, project team is informed.- Responsible for delivering test results according with the defined test process. - Collaborates with Test Manager, more experienced colleagues and Quality Engineer in verifying own test results.- Responsible for giving feedback related to the test results to other disciplines.- Collaborates with the project team in order to complete own job efficiently.- Responsible for knowing and using the test process.
