Balance Claims is a Business Process Outsourcing firm specializing in insurance claim handling for General Contractors throughout the U.S. As an integrated partner, Balance acts as a direct and seamless extension of its clients’ insurance to ensure that claims are properly handled and maximized per the homeowner policies. In my 3rd consecutive summer here, my responsibilities were: • Supported Sales team and Account Managers in creating PCL’s and ROI spreadsheets in Excel for clients, and helped to train/onboard new hires in the Admin department • Aided Account Managers in maintaining client relations through periodic phone calls to assist in whatever needs or questions I could help with • Completing projects to be implemented into our internal CRM such as leads and financial dashboards that took statistical sales data from spreadsheets and turned into presentable data for Sales and Marketing teams

My responsibilities here were to: • Manage the customer service email inbox and handled direct/immediate communication with clients to assist them with any concerns or address any questions• Collect the necessary information via email or through the client's CRM for project setup and pushed out the projects to the respective departments• Communicate with other departments throughout the business process to make sure that they have everything they need in order to efficiently get the final claims back to the clients in a timely manner• Responsible for new client set ups including CRM Integration. Worked daily within many different client CRMS (Salesforce.com, Insightly, Aculynx, Job Nimbus, etc.)In my two summers here, I have been able to identify potential improvements in the business model and implement a few of these ideas into the process.

There, I maintained day to day operation of the club amenities while accommodating to the needs of the members. My obligations were:• The opening and closing of the range, golf cart garage and course with limited to no supervision• Worked closely with the golf professional of the course to make sure his needs were met on a daily bases• Further developed communication skills with coworkers, members and superiors• Adapted to special events held on the course and assisted in the operation of the events
