Manage the adaptation of store master planogram into individual store planogram iv. Manage the identification of Minimum display quantity / each SKU/ store II. Database management 1. Lead the revision, update & develop of: A. Store Layout database B. Fixture database. C. Merchandising database for current and new item (master file SKU dimensions & product images)III. Operation & reporting 1. Prepare & communicate planogram manual for store operation team & field merchandising team. 2. Plan the field planogram audit & Reality checks validation to ensure field compliance. 3. Report space productivity KPIs reports to store operation & category management team. IV. Intelligence Software: 1. Develop & prepare training for Macro Space planner on the below software: A. AutoCAD B. Store Planner (Nielson) C. Adobe Photoshop or CorelDraw D. Adobe Illustrator 2. Develop & prepare training for Micro Space planner on one software: A. Spaceman (Nielson) 3. Build customized software for the accuracy & facilitation of collection of database: A. Store database System (for product image & dimension) B. Fixture database System (for fixture measurement in details & linear meter calculation) C. Store Readiness Checklist (for layout, category & planogram compliance inside the store) D. Fixture Management System (for converting of layout to fixture order) E. DMS "Document management System" (for Archiving, approving process of layout database)
