-Lead the ICT Membership Program to facilitate the transfer process of 20+ students into the Gies College of Business - Lead our Youth Board through bi-weekly meetings to create, plan, and formulate events for over 230 members-Collaborate with 12 other executive board members to exchange ideas, plan events, and drive Latino empowerment- Coordinate and assist 3-4 philanthropy events per semester to educate members on the importance of charitable acts
