Objectives includereducing client churn, increasing the subscription base, and bothsupport as well as educate users of the platform to maintain highsatisfaction metrics.● Client satisfaction, retention through effective and timelyaccount management and diligent follow-up● Onboarding and Tech Support of clients for SaaS productsand integrations with existing software● Client server/data migrations to the company’s cloudplatform● Project manager for on-premises based clients● Represent company at national trade shows/events● Continually watching for ways to streamline processes andincrease efficiency

Responsible for flight coordination, scheduling, logistics andrecord keeping for employees and aircraft. Primary Point ofContact for VIP clients, vendors, government agencies as well ashandled escalated difficulties.● Regulate pilot on-duty hours and maintained trainingrecords per federal/company guidelines● Monitor maintenance schedules for aircraft● Monitor compliance for government agencies.● Offer sales quotes to potential customers and specialprojects as assigned● Office administration, management and operationalcontrol of assets● Administration of the Quality Assurance Program (self auditprotocol)
