• Reducing the number of young people in prison in the UK. This was a strategic partnership with the Prison Reform Trust, involving research, influencing, coalition building and close relationships with government.
• Obtaining a global ban on cluster bombs. Following on from work undertaken by the Princess on landmines, this involved global coalition working and influencing.
• The ban was achieved and the number of young people in prison in the UK was reduced by 50% through this five year strategy.
• Designed grant-making processes and managed a diverse team.
• Created a partnership with Coutts private bank to share philanthropic learning.
