I currently work as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist in private practice at Behavioral Health Dallas (located near Presbyterian Hospital; 75 and Walnut Hill). I am also the Training Director at the practice and provide supervision and training for our Postdoctoral Fellowship Program. I also have a consultation role at Rosy App (www.meetrosy.com), a first-of-its-kind platform offering women a holistic approach to sexual health and wellness. My clinical interests are broadly related to health psychology. My specialties include working with adults, couples and families coping with anxiety, depression and life adjustments. I have treated numerous clients with a broad range of health concerns (e.g. cancer, HIV/AIDS, trauma/burn injury, diabetes, chronic pain, GI issues, women's health issues) and caregivers. I enjoy helping people from all backgrounds and utilize a collaborative and individualized treatment approach with my clients based on their specific needs and goals.I completed my doctoral training and APA-accredited internship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, where I worked with adolescents and adults across a variety of clinical settings in the DFW area, including Baylor University Medical Center, Parkland Hospital, UTSW Simmons Cancer Center, Moncrief Cancer Center, Dallas County Juvenile Detention Center, and the UTSW Psychotherapy Clinic. I received additional training during a postdoctoral fellowship at Baylor University Medical Center in the Department of Ob-Gyn. Previously, I received my bachelor’s degree in Plan II Honors and English from the University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in Psychology from Hunter College in New York City.
