I am a seasoned academic professional with over 18 years of extensive experience in the education sector. My career is distinguished by a strong focus on marketing and business management, supported by my PhD in Marketing, MBA, BIT, and UGC-NET certification. I am the Professor and Dean of the Marketing Program at Chitkara Business School, Chitkara University.Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to fostering academic excellence and creating a motivational learning environment. My expertise encompasses career development, higher education strategy, and human resource development. I have a comprehensive teaching portfolio that includes Marketing Management, Marketing Research, Advertising and Sales Management, Consumer Behaviour, Services Marketing, and Managerial Economics.Significant contributions to various national and international conferences and research projects mark my professional journey. I have been actively involved with numerous professional associations, including the Research Network at Budapest Business University and Liverpool Business School.
